Naming a business is a deeply personal process—especially when that business is a reflection of your passions, values, and approach to helping others succeed. For me, “TorquePath” isn’t just a name. It’s a gentle nod to my lifelong love of cars and a metaphor for how I work with clients to navigate their careers with purpose and power.
I’ve been an automotive enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I’ve been a proud member of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) for over 11 years, regularly participating in autocross and High Performance Driver Education (HPDE) events. These aren’t just hobbies—they’ve shaped the way I see movement, progress, and control.
In automotive terms, torque is the force that gets you moving. It’s what you feel when you accelerate out of a corner, the twist that propels you forward. Unlike horsepower, which reflects top-end speed, torque is about responsiveness and momentum. You don’t just measure torque—you feel it.
That feeling—the instant responsiveness, the connection between action and movement—is what inspired the name TorquePath. It represents the collaborative process I offer through coaching: we work together to build the force you need to drive your own path to success. Sometimes that means helping you find traction in a tough situation. Other times, it means knowing when to apply pressure, when to slow down, and when to accelerate into opportunity.
Just like on the track, coaching isn’t about always going full throttle. It’s about timing, intention, and technique. I bring the same precision and passion I have behind the wheel to each coaching conversation. We explore your goals, understand your unique performance curves, and chart a course forward that’s powerful, deliberate, and built for your success.
At TorquePath Coaching and Consulting, I help leaders, managers, and professionals rediscover control, build momentum, and move with confidence—on their terms. Learn more about my approach at www.torquepath.io.
